I accidentally pressed "New Nintendo DS?" without getting a new DS. Is there anything I can do to get my old account or old scores back? |

Unfortunately, you cannot retrieve your old scores, or re-connect your DS to your old community account as the changes invoked by pressing "New Nintendo DS?" are permanent. You will have to create a new account and earn new high scores.

No, sharing your Friend Code in no way compromises any personal information and is a great way for you to be matched up with people you know. However, when matched with friends, you should still be careful about the personal information you choose to share over Wi-Fi voice chat. |

How do I upload/download art? |
- To upload art, enter the skateshop from the online menu and select "Update Art", then "Upload Art". This will replace the art in your slots online with the art from your slots on your DS assuming they are not "locked". Locked art cannot replace art on your community slots. To lock/unlock art, press the picture of a lock in the picture editor.
- To download art, put the art you want on your DS in your slots online by clicking on a desired piece and selecting the appropriate option. Once all the art you want to download is in your slots, enter the skateshop from the online menu in "Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam" and select "Update Art", then "Download Art"

How do the character avatars work in My Profile? |
- Shirts and pants can be set to Slot 1 and 2 for download. Additionally, you can choose to set moderated images to be displayed on your character avatar. Just click the shirts and pants images under Art and you will see a list of options appear.
- Custom Shirts and Pants MUST be moderated before you can set them as your Avatar’s shirt and pants. This can cause a delay in the time it takes to see your avatar wearing your uploaded art!
- Character avatars do not reflect your in-game character's head or skin tone.
What kind of art is okay and what is not okay? |
Offensive art is not okay and will be removed from the site. Use your best judgment and if you think an image may be inappropriate do not upload it. Some examples of inappropriate art are racist imagery, nudity, sexual content, drug references, offensive symbols, and overly violent art. If you see an inappropriate image on the site, report it to the moderators. If you upload three pieces of inappropriate art, then your privileges of being able to upload art will be revoked.

I got a new Nintendo DS. How do I transfer my old account information to it? |
- The best thing you can do is to transfer your WFC settings from your old DS to your new one. You can do this by starting "Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam" in your old DS and selecting "Wireless" from the main menu, then "Settings", then "Nintendo WFC Setup". From here select "Options", then "Transfer Nintendo WFC Configuration". Follow the instructions shown to transfer your account to your new DS.
If you do not have the DS that the game was previously used on, go to "Options" from the main menu, and then select "Game Settings". From here select "New Nintendo DS?", “Yes”, and then “Yes”. This method is less preferable as it erases your high scores, and breaks the link between your DS and your current community account, requiring you to create a new one.

After the tournament end date, all the participants will be ranked based upon their performance. Results will appear on the website.
